Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

These were for my sisters 70th birthday on 12/24. She Facetimed me to show me she had received them and how much she loved them and I was very much pleased as they were just as beautiful and vibrant as your picture portrayed them. She had been contacted by your delivery driver when she was heading home and met them as she pulled up. She then text me on 12/31 with updated pictures and we were both blown away at how fresh they were still looking. Thank you so much for a great experience all around!!
