In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Always a great experience working with Brent Douglas. Most times I call to place my order (they are all great to talk to and work with), but this time I needed to place the order online and I think the order was delivered before I hit submit --- it was that fast. And the flowers were beautiful. By far the best place to order flowers from. Keep up the great work Brent Douglas.

I sent my niece flowers for her birthday. She texted me a pic of the arrangement. It was beautiful. I chose the florist choice. Love them. Ordering flowers from another state and randomly picking this flower shop. I would use your shop again for sure!

I chose to let Brent do a Designers Choice and it allowed me to make suggestions. I just wanted him to include a couple of sunflowers. He did and that arrangement was beautiful and unique! I had it delivered and the recipient loved it and sent me pictures.

I requested same-day delivery for a relative in the hospital. I was a little concerned about the arrangement - there were no pictures available to view what was sent - but they were delivered on time to the correct place and the recipient loved them and sent a picture - the arrangement was beautiful - all the rumors are true - this place is the best!
