In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

I'm very satisfied with my experience. I was able to easily order the plant for a loved one, and as I am not from the area, I needed to rely on delivery. We had a bit of a hiccup with my loved one not available at the time of delivery, so I very much appreciate the company's repeated attempts to make a successful delivery and for updating me on the status.

I wish I received a photo of the plant that was delivered, also I chose a ‘sympathy’ card and then in the final itemized bill - it was called a ‘sympathy/funeral’ card - NOT what I wanted! Very worrying that the wrong message was sent! I just wanted it to say ‘we’re so sorry for your loss’ - NOT a funeral.
